摘  要:本试验选用4只体况良好、体重(30.0±2.5)kg的山羊,安装瘤胃瘘管,按4×4拉丁方试验设计,研究4种不同蛋白质豆粕(A组)、棉粕(B组)、菜粕(C组)和DDGS(D组)组成的日粮对山羊瘤胃发酵及微生物蛋白合成的影响。研究结果表明,各组瘤胃液pH无显著差异(P>0.05);A组的氨氮(NH3-N)浓度显著高于D组(P<0.05);A组的微生物蛋白(MCP)浓度显著高于B、C组(P<0.05),极显著高于D组(P<0.01);各组乙酸、丙酸、丁酸浓度差异显著,总VFA浓度A、B组显著高于C、D组(P<0.05)。The objective of this experiment was to research the effects of four different protein dietary A, B, C and D, which were soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal and DDGS respectively on rumen fermentation and the synthesis of microprotein. Treatments were arranged as a 4 × 4 Latin square design, and four goats (30± 2.5) kg fitted with permanent ruminal cannulaes. The results indicated that there was not significant difference among four groups on rumen pH (P〉0.05) ; the NH3-N concentration of group A was higher significantly than that of group D (P〈0.05). There was significant difference among four groups on the yield of MCP, the yield of group A is highest, it is higher significantly than that of groups B and C (P〈0.05), and higher significantly than that of group D (P〈0. 01). There was significant difference among four groups on acetic acid, propionate acid, butyric acid concentration, and total VFA concentration of groups A and B were higher than groups C and D (P〈0.05).
