摘　　要：早在2003年世界动物卫生组织(OIE)就提出了无疫小区(compartmentalisation)作为动物疫病防控的一种新模式。笔者就无疫小区的概念和在中国如何建立和应用这种新模式作一解释。Compartmentalisation as a new mode for prevention and controlling of animal disease was put forward in OIE first in 2003.
