高效液相色谱法测定和胃散中芍药苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定和胃散中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法使用HYPERSIL-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙晴-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为230nm。结果该方法测定芍药苷在75～125μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990)。平均回收率为99.5%,100.2%,99.7%;RSD为0.44%,0.42%,0.45%(n=3)。结论该测定方法简单、精密度高、重现性好,是测定和胃散中芍药苷含量的可行方法。Objective To establish a method for determinating paeoniflorin in Hewei powder by HPLC. Methods HYPERSIL-C18 column （150mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 solution （14： 86）. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the determination wavelength was at 230 nm. Results A good linearity was obtained within the range of 75-125 μg/ml of paeoniflorin （r=0.9990）. The average recoveries ware 99.5%, 100.2% and 99.7% ; RSD ware 0.44% ,0.42% and 0.45% （n=3）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate which can be used to determine paeoniflorin contents in Hewei powder.
