摘　　要：本文对Lotus Notes/Domino平台下的法规数据库系统的设计进行了研究,论述了法规数据库系统的开发要点,包括系统架构、数据库设计、数据结构设计等,在此基础上提出了法规数据的编码和分类方法,提出了文档信息的树形目录展现方式并给出了实现方法,最后对贵阳市法规数据库系统进行了简要的介绍。The paper studied the design and development of the statute database system based on Lotus Notes/Domino.To discuss the essentials of statute database system, including system architecture, database design and data structure design. Showing the implementation of tree structure. Finally, provided a brief introduction to Guiyang Statute Database System.
