改良造口引流术和传统术式治疗前庭大腺囊肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察改良造口引流术和传统术式治疗前庭大腺囊肿的疗效。方法:将我院2007年4月～2008年2月收治的49例前庭大腺囊肿患者随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(24例),对照组采用传统术式,观察组采用改良造口引流术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:改良造口引流术治疗前庭大腺囊肿优于传统术式,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical analysis of improved drainage stoma and traditional operation in the treatment of Bartholin cyst. Methods： From April 2007 to February 2008, 49 cases of Bartholin cyst in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （n=25） and control group （n=24）. The control group was received traditional operation, the observation group was received improved drainage stoma, then the results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The differences were statistically significant in the operation time, bleeding volume and recurrence rate of the two groups. Conclusion： Improved drainage stoma in the treatment of Bartholin cyst is superior to the traditional operation, and can be generalized and applied in clinic.
