高效液相色谱法测定润肠片中大黄酚的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立润肠片中大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasal ODSC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);检测波长:254nm;流动相为甲醇∶0.1%磷酸(85∶15)。进样量:20μl;流速:1ml/min;柱温:20℃。结果:大黄酚在1.6～24.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为97.90%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于润肠片的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determinatin of Runchang Tablets. Methods： The high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was used and the chromatographical condition was Kromasal ODS C18（250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）.The detective wavelength was 254 nm and the methanol：0.1% phosphoric acid （85：15） was acted as the mobile phase. The sample-intake was 20 μl and the flow rate was 1 ml/min and the column temperature was 20℃. Results： The chrysophanol displaied the favorable linear relationship in 1.6--24.0 μg （r=0.999 7）.The mean sampling recovery rate was 97.90%. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate. It can be used as the quality control in Runchang Tablets.
