摘　　要：本文首先在分析了WSDL和OWL-S不足的基础上,提出一种基于语义的二维Web服务描述模型,分别从语法和语义两个层面来描述Web服务的属性。其次在此基础上设计了一种语义Web的发布及发现系统架构。最后在J2EE+Pro-tege3.2.1+OWL-S Editor的实验平台上验证了此系统架构。Firstly, this paper presents a two-dimensional model of describing web services based semantic which describes the services＇s attribute about syntax and semantic informations after analyzing WSDL and OWL-S. Secondly,it designs the system frame structure of web services publishing and discoverying based on semantic.And finally, it implements the system of web services publishing and discoverying based on semantic on the platform of J2EE＋Protege3.2.1＋OWL-S Editor.
