摘 要:对研究的筒形双轴向超高分子量聚乙烯纬编织物及编织圆机做了简要介绍。针对织造过程中,织物在针筒内壁处的起拱问题和织物在牵拉区域的起皱问题进行分析。分别采用曲线针筒内壁技术和间歇式感应卷布方法,解决了因圆筒织物直径大于针筒内筒直径造成的起拱问题和由于捆绑线圈织缩原因造成的起皱问题。通过对曲线针筒内壁的合理设计及卷布系统进行的改进证明了所采用方法的有效性。使用改造后的设备,在相同工艺条件下,织物表面起拱、起皱现象完全消失。This paper introduces the structure of the biaxial circular weft knitted high performance polyethylene fabric and the circular knitting machine. It makes a detailed analysis of the problems of buckling phenomenon the fabric at the inner side of the needle cylinder during knitting and wrinkles occurred at the drawing area. The wavy curvilinear design of the inner wall of the needle cylinder is invented for the first time to solve the buckling problem due to the reason that the circular fabric diameter is bigger than that of the needle cylinder, and the intermittent inductive roll-up device is applied to remove the wrinkles resulted from the shrinkage of the binding stitch structure. The trial knitting shows that these modifications to the traditional circular knitting machine can effectively eliminate the buckling and wrinkle defects.
