摘　　要：采用了细菌测试片法检测阴极电泳涂料槽液中的细菌含量,该方法能够快速准确地检测出槽液细菌的含量,并采用相应的杀菌剂进行杀菌。同时对杀菌前后的槽液进行了性能对比试验。Breeding of bacteria in the bath solution of cathodic electrodeposition coatings can produce harmful effect on every bath solution parameter and application quality,even damaging a whole bath of solution. So,to determine the bacteria content in the bath solution timely and take corresponding measures to solve this is very good for the steady use of cathodic electrodeposition coatings.In this paper,the bacteria test piece is used to determine the content of bacteria. The method is rapid and accurate.Relevant bactericide is used.And then the properties of the bath solution before and after using bactericide are comparatively tested.
