摘　　要：“七五”以来，特别是1991年3月以后，我国建筑防水工程的新技术、新材料、新工艺取得了巨大的进步。今后建筑防水工程应重点开发和推广应用高聚物改性沥青卷材防水，积极发展和应用合成高分子卷材防水，努力开发密封材料、刚性防水材料和地下工程堵漏止水材料及其施工应用技术。Since the Seventh Five - Year Plan, especially after March 1991, new techniques, new materials and new technology in building's water-proofing projects in our country have been advanced widely. Hereafter the building's waterproofing projects should be paid particular attention to the fol-lowing items, namely: 1, wide exploitation and application of high polymer wa-terproofing roll - roofing, 2, further development and popularization of synthetic high - molecular waterproof roofing, 3, making every effort to develop sealant,rigid waterproof material and underground work's water - resisting material and their construction technology.
