江苏省特色蔬菜资源分布与保护利用对策

摘　　要：通过调查统计得出江苏特色蔬菜资源植物种类与分布,将这些分布在6大菜区的特色蔬菜分为多年生、水生类、根菜类等13类。在江苏省所培育的312个特色蔬菜品种中里下河区占60个,沿海区占72个,徐淮菜区占79个,太湖菜区占97个,沿江菜区占111个,宁镇扬丘陵菜区占132个。江苏省特色蔬菜品种分布于21科50属共312种,特色蔬菜主要集中在十字花科(78种)、伞形花科(43种)、菊科(26种)、百合花科(21种),此4科的特色蔬菜种数占特色蔬菜种数53.8%。通过分析当前江苏省特色蔬菜产业结构、栽培状况,提出了特色蔬菜保护利用对策。This paper analyzed the basic characteristics of special vegetable resources in Jiangsu province in the aspects of life form and distribution. These special vegetables in six vegetable areas could be classified into 13 groups （perennial, hydrophily, tuber and tuberous root, cabbages, beans, edible greens, solanaceous fruit, melon, Chinese cabbage, mustard category and so on）. There were 312 special vegetable species bred by Jiangsu province, among them, Xuzhou huainan vegetable area accounted for 79, Lixia Riv- er vegetable area did 60, coastal vegetable area 72, riverside vegetable area 111, Ning -zhen -yang hilly vegetable area 132, Taihu vegetable area 97. The 312 special vegetable species belong to 50 genera of 21 families, among them, the dominant families are Crucif- erae （78 species）, UmbelIiferae （43 species）, Composite （26 species） and Liliaeeous （21 species）, the species in these four fami- lies accounted for 53.8%. According to the current situation of exploitation, utilization and conservation of special vegetable resources in Jiangsu province, the author proposed the countermeasures for the protection and utilization of the special vegetables .
