摘  要:通过生物检测方法研究了紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)6个品种的根系浸提液对鸭茅的化感作用,结果表明:紫花苜蓿同一浓度不同品种对鸭茅的化感作用不同,在根系水浸提液浓度为10%时,几个品种对种子萌发的抑制率均大于30%,对根干重的抑制率大于60%。但在一定的浓度范围内,三得利和游客对鸭茅的苗干重却存在显著的促进作用。紫花苜蓿同一品种同一部位浸提液不同浓度对鸭茅的化感作用存在差异,6个品种中差异最大的为德宝,在5%浓度时的化感综合效应指数为-0.61,而在10%浓度时达到了-7.78。In this paper, the allelopathy of the aqueous extracts from the root system of six Medicago sativa varieties to Dactylis glomerata L. was studied through bioassay method. The results showed that the same concentration of the extract from different varieties had different allelopathy. When the concentration of the aqueous extract was 10%, all varieties had over 30% inhibitive effect on seed germination, and had over 60% inhibitive effect on root dry weight. But in certain concentration range, the aqueous extracts from Sanditi and Eurek had significant promotive effect on the seedling dry weight of Dactylis glomerata. The different concentrations of the extracts from the same part of the same variety had different allelopathy to Dactylis glomerata, Derby showed the largest difference in allelopathy among six varieties, when the extract was 5% the synthetic inhibition effect index was -0.61, while the extract was 10% the synthetic inhibition effect index was -7.78.
