摘  要:北京新亚综合楼施工中,由于工期短、场地狭小,采用了土钉支护方案。并在防水施工中,合理地选用防水卷材,科学施工。经济分析表明,该方案可减少土方挖填,少占施工用地,节省支模用工,提前工期60d,经济效益显著。During construction of the Beijing Xinya Comprehensive Building project, there were difficulties such as short of construction period and narrow of construction site.It was therefore, the soil anchor bracing method adopted for the project.During waterproof construction, there were numerous effective measures ap-plied,namely: 1,rational selection of waterproof material and 2,scientific management of construction.As a result, its economic analysis has indicated the following ad-vantages such as: reduction of earthwork, less occupation of construction site, saving of formwork and shortening of construction time for 60.d Finally, it had gained an outstanding economic efficiency.
