摘 要:从树状聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)化合物对水溶性SiO2的助溶作用出发,在静态条件下考察不同代数的PAM-AM(G1.0~G4.0)对水中硅垢的抑制作用.结果表明:对硅垢的抑制作用与PAMAM的代数、浓度以及溶液的pH有关.在pH6~8的范围内,PAMAM(G1.0~G4.0)对硅垢均有抑制作用,pH为6时,抑制作用最明显.使用浓度相同时,PAMAMG2.0的抑制效果最佳.各代数PAMAM在40mg/L时表现出最高抑制率.PAMAM(G3.0与G4.0)与聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)共存时,对硅垢的抑制有明显的协同作用,pH为6时,混合药剂比单独PAMAMG3.0或PAMAMG4.0的阻垢效率提高近40%.By increasing solubility of starburst polyaminoamide (PAMAM) dendrimers on soluble SiO2, the silica scale inhibition performance of PAMAM of generation 1.0 -4.0 was investigated by the screening measurement. Results showed that the inhibition efficiency depended on structural features of PAMAMs such as generation number and pH, as well as dosage levels. At pH 6 -8, PAMAM dendrimers of 40 mg/L were effective inhibitors of the silica scale growth. Inhibition power increased to a maximum at pH 6. In the presence of the same concentration PAMAM G2.0 showed superior performance. The synergistic effects of combination of PAMAM/polymethaerylic acid (PMAA) on silica scale formation existed apparently. The inhibition power in the presence of combination increased about 40% than that in the presence of PAMAM G3.0 or PAMAM G 4.0.
