摘　　要：文中对城市抗震防灾资源合理配置的决策分析方法进行了研究；对唐山市房屋建设的投入与５０年内各种不同强度地震作用下的损失进行了分析；探讨了唐山市房屋建设抗震设防的最佳投入；提出了唐山市房屋建设抗震防灾资源合理配置的建议。In this paper,the method of engineering decision for reasonably disposing of resources of urban earthquake disaster prevention is discussed Initial cost of buildings and expected loss of various structures subject to various earthquake actions are analyzed The optimal investment of earthquake disaster prevention for buildings in Tangshan city is discussed Finally a proposal for reasonably allocating the resources of earthquake disaster prevention for buildings in Tangshan city is put forward
