摘　　要：现代城市规划理论影响了中国当代住区户外空间环境的基本特征,分析了现代住区存在的不适应当代居住需求的问题及其根本原因,指出住区环境规划设计中存在的多个"两难结构"是其制约原因,并分析了其对住区空间环境的基本特征的影响。The modern theories on urban planning take effect on the basic characteristics of the outdoor space of urban residential places, but now urban residential places cannot meet people＇s need. This article analyzes the fundamental causes of this phenomenon. It puts forward that the ＂dilemma structure＂ which exists in the planning and design of residential environment is the key point, and then it analyzes the effect on the residential environment by the ＂dilemma structure＂.
