摘　　要：近几十年来,随着医学影像学新设备、新技术、新方法的大量出现和进入临床应用,患者和国家承担的医疗费用明显增加。一些新技术被滥用的现象普遍存在;一些落后甚至无效的技术却在临床中继续使用。因而有必要大力倡导应用循证医学的方法对临床实践中遇到的问题进行决策。本文对循证影像学研究的主要内容和方法进行简单介绍,希望临床医生在工作中尽可能遵循这一原则解决实际问题。In recent decades, with the new equipment, new technology and new methods appearance and clinical applications in medical imaging, the costs of the patients and nation increased obviously in medical care. Some new technology had been abused everywhere, and some ineffective technology had been used in cliniC, however. It is necessary to promote solving the problem by the evidence-base medicine in clinical practice, The main content and methods of evidence-based imaging had been introduced briefly in this paper. The clinician should solve problems in practice follow the principle of the evidence-base medicine as far as possible.
