摘　　要：目的利用串口技术和数据库技术,将酶标仪等检验仪器与LIS系统连接,实现计算机自动采集检验数据、管理检验数据。方法利用Delphi7.0等工具开发联机程序和数据库管理程序,实现检验仪器与LIS的联机通讯。结果此软件的使用解决了手工录入检验数据耗时多、易出错等问题。结论串口通讯技术结合数据库技术在医学检验中的应用,将大大提高医学检验工作者分析和处理实验数据的效率;为开发双向通讯仪器的双向控制奠定了基础。Objective Making use of serial transmission technology and database technology,to connect the laboratory equipment with LIS,thus to realize automated data collection and data management.Methods Made use of some communication technique to explore online procedures and database management procedures.Results The application of this software can avoid some problems during manual input,such as time-consuming and errorprone.COnClusion The combination of serial transimission technology and database technology can increase the working effiency of data analysis and management,and has laid the foundation of exploring the two-way control of two-way communication apparatus.
