摘 要:目的评价64层螺旋CT血管造影(64-SCTA)诊断脑血管狭窄的准确性及应用价值。方法通过64-SCTA、MRA及DSA三种不同的影像学检查方法对脑血管狭窄成像结果进行对比研究。结果与DSA相比较,64-SCTA评价脑血管的符合率为97.2%;诊断脑血管狭窄的敏感性92.6%,特异性97.8%,准确率86.2%。MRA评价脑血管的符合率为93.2%;诊断脑血管狭窄的敏感性82.4%,特异性95.0%,准确率73.7%。结论对比研究结果表明:64-SCTA、MRA和DSA对脑血管疾病的诊断均有较高的临床应用价值。DSA仍是目前脑血管疾病诊断的"金标准",但其具有创伤性、风险较大且费用高,不适宜作为脑血管狭窄的首选诊断方法,可作为治疗的首选方法。64-SCTA作为一种无创或微创性检查,其对脑血管狭窄诊断的准确率高于MRA,具有很高的临床应用价值,可作为脑血管疾病首选的检查方法。Objective Evaluated 64-slice spiral CT angiography (64-SCTA) diagnosis accuracy and application of cerebral vascular stenosis. Methods Adopted by the 64-SCTA, MRA and DSA, the three different image diagnosis methods, the brain image results of cerebral vascular stenosis were comparatively studied. Results Compared with the results of DSA, cerebral blood vessels valuation of 64-SCTA coincide rate was 97.2%. The sensitivity of cerebral vascular stenosis diagnosis was 92.6%, specificity was 97.8% and accuracy was 86.2%. Cerebral blood vessels valuation of MRA coincide rate was 97.2%. Conclusion The compared results show that: 64- SCTA, MRA and DSA cerebral vascular diseases diagnosis have a higher clinical value. DSA cerebral vascular disease diagnosis are "gold standard", hut with the trauma, risk and cost. Not suitable for a cerebral vascular stenosis diagnostic first choice method, but it can be used as the preferred treatment methods. 64-SCTA is a noninvasive or minimally invasive inspeetion. Their cerebral vascular stenosis diagnosis accuracy was higher than that of MRA. There is a high clinical value, and can be used as a preferred method for cerebral vascular diseases inspection.
