摘　　要：本套设计是一套简单的冲压设计。是一套复合模。由于零件的精度高。故本设计的模具采用导正销，始用挡料销和固定挡料销定位，保证了工件上孔和外形的相对位置准确。提高了加工精度。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运行可靠和冲压产品大批量生产的要求。It is a set of simple stamping design for compound mould. Due to high precision of the parts, pilotpin, original stop pin and fixed stop pin are adopted on the mould for positioning in this design, which guarantees accurate relative positions of holes on the workpiece and its shape and improves the machining accuracy. Such a structure can be designed to guarantee reliable operation of the mould and requirement of mass production of stamping products.
