摘　　要：本文以盖体铸件为例，详细阐述了两板式多滑块压铸模具的结构设计要点与工作过程，在结合自己多年实践经验的基础上，通过采用华铸CAE软件进行流动分析。最后得出了一道合理而实用的流道系统方案。使得模具的压铸缺陷大大降低，进而提高了铸件的内在质量并改善了其工作性能。With the cover casting as an example, the main design point and working process of the many slide blocks＇ mould of two plates are stated in detail.Last I educe a sort of reasonable runner system project by Hua-zhu CAE software based on my practice experience.It reduces the die-casting disfigurement of the die, improves the casting＇s inherent quality and ameliorates the work capability of the upper box casting.
