摘　　要：The essay begins with an analysis of the properties of water resources so as toexplain the causes of the global crisis of water resources. A further analysis is also made onthe causes of the crisis and the effects it has brought about. The significance and value ofwater resources to the development and existence of human society should be realized froma strategic altitude.
