摘　　要：[目的]观察从虚瘀痰立法辨证综合治疗心悸疗效。[方法]将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例，口服中药汤剂三参汤加减，中药针剂静脉输液及口服中成药治疗。对照组50例，中药针剂静脉输液，口服中成药治疗。疗程均30日。[结果]中医辨证立法综合治疗心悸较中成药疗效好。[ Objective] To observe the blood smear from the virtual integrated treatment of heart differentiation legislative effect. [Methods] 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 50 cases, oral medicine decoction Decoction plus or minus three, Chinese medicine injection intravenous infusion and oral treatment of proprietary Chinese medicines. 50 cases of the control group, intravenous infusion injection of Chinese medicine, oral treatment of proprietary Chinese medicines. Regimens on the 30th. [ Results ] The Legislative integrated TCM treatment efficacy of proprietary Chinese medicine than a good heart.
