摘　　要：从结构上分析电力电子模块产生热量的原理和危害,结合在电机中的实际应用从设计和工艺两方面提出了解决模块散热的措施。The heating mechanism and damage of power electron module are analyzed and the measures of heat abstraction are presented in design and technology combined with the practical application of motor.
