摘  要:用乙烯-丙烯-二烯烃三元共聚物(EPDM)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯腈(简称MAN)进行溶液接枝共聚合,生成MAN接枝EPDM(EPDM-g-MAN)共聚物,用其与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)共混制备耐老化性能优异的熔融共混物(简称AEMS);研究了EPDM含量与AEMS力学性能的关系。随着EPDM含量的增加,AEMS的Izod缺口冲击强度先升后降,在w(EPDM)为25%时最大,达61.0 kJ/m^2,拉伸强度和弯曲强度则逐渐下降。EPDM和SAN相具有良好的相容性,使AEMS具有剪切屈服的增韧机理和脆韧转变的性质,从而赋予AEMS高抗冲韧性。随着EPDM含量的增加,AEMS的热失重起始温度有所下降,但不影响其熔融加工的热稳定性。A kind of melting blends called AEMS with high impact strength, high resistance to weather aging and yellow discolo-ration was prepared by blending styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN)and ethylene-propylene- diene monomer (EPDM)-g-methyl methacrylate acrylonitrile (MAN), EPDM-g-MAN synthesized by solution graft copolymerization in advance. The effect of EPDM content on the mechanical properties of AEMS was investigated. The results show that with the enhancement of EPDM content the Izod notched impact strength of AEMS increases first and then decreases, and reaches its maximum value, 61.0 kJ/m^2, with EPDM mass fraction at 25%, whereas, the tensile strength and flexural strength of AEMS decrease gradually. AEMS has high impact strength because of the good compatibility of EPDM-g-MAN and SAN resulting in toughening by sheared yielding and brittle-ductile transition of SAN matrix. The onset temperature of thermal degradation drops a little raising EPDM content, but the thermal stability of AEMS is not affected during melt processing.
