摘  要:通过分析聚乙烯装置中冷凝剂异戊烷单耗较高的原因,对产品排出系统出料时间、脱气仓吹扫气流量、反应器中异戊烷的浓度等工艺参数进行了优化;同时,检修回收气压缩机阀片,调整高压集液罐压力,增大了回收液进料量。装置经过工艺优化及检修,异戊烷的单耗由优化前的6.0~8.0kg/t降低到1.3~2.5kg/t。The process parameters including discharge time of the product discharge system, purge gas flow of the degassing warehouse and concentration of isopentane in the reactor were optimized by analyzing the causes of the high consumption of condensing agent isopentane in the polyethylene plant. At the same time, the valves of gas recovery compressor were fixed, the pressure of high-pressure recovery tank was adjusted, and the inlet amount of recovery liquid was raised. After process optimization and maintenance of the plant, the consumption of isopentane per ton of product decreased from 6.0-8.0 kg/t to 1.3-2.5 kg/t.
