摘  要:目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白(Gp)Ⅱb/Ⅲa基因多态性与冠心病的关系。方法选择冠心病患者86例(A组)和健康体检者80例(B组),运用聚合酶链—序列特异性引物技术进行GpⅡb人类血小板抗原3(HPA-3)及GpⅢa HPA-1多态性检测。结果A组和B组中GpⅡb HPA-3 aa、ab、bb基因型分布有统计学差异,A组ab、bb基因型的分布较B组高,A组b等位基因频率高于B组。GpⅡb HPA-3 ab和bb基因型在心肌梗死组中的分布、b等位基因频率高于非心肌梗死组。结论GpⅡb HPA-3b等位基因可能是冠心病的遗传易患因子,GpⅡb HPA-3可能为心肌梗死发生的遗传易感性标志,GpⅢa HPA-1基因可能与冠心病发生无关联。Objective To investigate the relationship between platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a polymorphisms and coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods The Gp Ⅱb HPA-3 and GpⅢa HPA-1 polymorphisms were detected by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) in 86 CHD patients( Group A) and 80 controls( Group B). Results The distribution of genotype Gp Ⅱb HPA-3ab and bb in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B. The b allele frequency in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B. The distribution of genotype Gp Ⅱ b HPA- 3ab and bb in patients with myocardial infarction(MI) was significantly higher than that in patients without MI . The b allele frequency in patients with MI was significantly higher than that in patients without MI. Conclusions Gp Ⅱ b HPA-3b allele may be a susceptibility of CHD. Gp Ⅱb HPA-3 gene polymorphism may be associated with MI. GpⅢa HPA-1 gene polymorphism may not be associated with CHD.
