摘　　要：目的:总结50例外伤性多处脾裂伤行选择性脾保留术的诊治经验,探讨非病理情况下应尽可能的保留脾。方法:50例外伤性多处脾裂伤行脾保留术组与30例外伤性多处脾裂伤行脾切除术组对比的临床资料。结果:脾保留术组伤口愈合甚佳,患者抗感染能力强,机体恢复快,且并发症少。结论:脾具有很重要的抗感染、免疫、造血及调节等功能,非病理情况下,应尽可能的保留。Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of operating 50 spleen retention surgeries of traumatic rupture of spleen, and to put forward that the spleen shotdd be retained as much as possible in the condition of non - pathological cases. Method The clinical data of 50 retention eases of traumatic rupture of spleen group and 30 resection cases of traumatic rupture of spleen group were contrasted. Results Fifty retention cases got good wound healing, strong anti - infection ability, quickly restore of the body and fewer complications. Conclusion Spleen plays an important part in anti - inflammatory, immunity, hematopoiesis and regulating, etc. So spleen should be retained as much as possible in the condition of non - pathological eases.
