摘 要:本文以系统协同论为基础,探讨了心理资本、人力资本和社会资本的关系,心理资本的分层,并以此为基础,提出了心理资本与人力资本、社会资本三种资本相互作用的协同模型。在协同模型的基础上,具体探讨了个体心理资本与群体心理资本的协同、个体心理资本与人力资本的协同、群体心理资本与社会资本的协同以及人力资本与社会资本的协同。提出心理资本、人力资本、社会资本的协同集约是开发个人潜能、形成组织竞争优势的关键。On the base of systematic synergetics, this paper studies the synergic effect among psychological capital, human capital and social capital. Firstly, the paper discusses the relationship between psychological capital, human capital and social capital, and proposes that psychological capital is another new kind of capital, which is independent of human capital and social capital. Secondly, the paper analyzes the structure of psychological capital and puts forward that psychological capital includes two dimensions which involves in individual psychological capital and goup psychological capital. Thereby, with regard to the interactions among psychological capital, human capital and social capital, a synergic model is put forward. Thirdly, on the base of the synergic model, it discusses four types of synergic effects concretely. Finally, it proposes that the synergic development of psychological capital, human capital and social capital is the point for developing the individual potentiality and forming the competitive advantage of the organization.
