摘 要:目的:探讨3DDSA在颅内动脉瘤影像诊断中的应用价值及其与常规DSA相比的优势。方法:178例蛛网膜下腔出血患者应用常规DSA和3DDSA血管重建技术进行检查,比较两种方法对动脉瘤病变的显示异同。结果:DSA检查出184个动脉瘤,常规DSA一般能显示存在动脉瘤病变,极少数病例能明确显示瘤颈和载瘤动脉的关系。3DDSA显示动脉瘤结构的能力较常规DSA明显提高,所有血管三维重建的图像都清晰显示颅内动脉瘤瘤体、瘤颈形态及载瘤动脉关系。结论:3DDSA血管重建技术能提高颅内动脉瘤病的诊断率。Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional(3D) DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and compare with conventional DSA. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were performed conventional DSA and angiographic 3D DSA reconstruction,then the two methods on the effect of aneurysms imaging were compared. Results Total 184 intracranial aneurysms were confirmed, aneurysm lesions were shown in conventional DSA generally,aneurismal neck and connected artery were demonstrated clearly in some cases. 3D DSA were better than DSA in the structure imaging,all the images reconstructed in 3D DSA clearly demonstrated the aneurismal neck and connected artery. Conclusion 3D DSA reconstruction technique could improve the diagnositic rate.
