介入溶栓疗法在下肢动脉血栓中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价介入溶栓治疗在下肢动脉血栓形成的临床应用价值。方法:29例下肢动脉血栓患者,行动脉内导管灌注尿激酶溶栓治疗,观察肢体血管复通情况。结果:治疗后复查DSA造影,患者24h内即获完全复通15例,48h内完全溶通7例,部分溶通7例,但造影证实血栓平面均有所下降,病人临床症状均明显改善,疼痛明显减轻或消失。结论:经导管局部溶栓治疗肢体动脉血栓定位准确、疗效肯定,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of catheterization thrombolysis in treating artery thrombosis of lower exremity. Methods Twenty-nine eases with artery thrombosis of lower extremities underwent catheterization thrombolysis with urokinase perfusion, the recanalization situation of extremity was observed. Results The DSA was repeated after therapy, 15 cases were completely recanalized within 24 hours ,7 cases were completely recanalized within 48 hours ,7 cases were partly recanalized after 48 hours, but the location of thrombi became lower, the clinical symptoms of all patients had obvious improvement and obvious pain relief or disappearance. Conclusion The catheter-directed regional thrombelysis in treating artery thrombosis of extremities has the advantages of accurate location, obvious therapeutic effect.
