摘 要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病及其慢性并发症患者性激素水平的变化与意义。方法:对55例单纯性2型糖尿病患者,41例伴感染患者,44例伴血管病变患者,55例伴肾病患者和46例正常对照组用免疫化学发光法测定血浆胰岛素(Ins)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)、孕酮(Progesterone,P)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)等激素的含量。结果:男性糖尿病各组睾酮水平显著低于对照组,P、E2、FSH、LH显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而伴血管病变组睾酮和雌二醇水平显著低于其他各慢性病变组(P<0.01)。女性糖尿病各组睾酮水平显著高于对照组,P、E2、FSH、LH显著低于对照组(P<0.01);而伴血管病变组E2含量显著低于其他各慢性病变组(P<0.01)。结论:男性糖尿病患者雌激素水平升高,雄激素水平降低,女性糖尿病患者血浆雌激素水平降低,雄激素水平升高,且性激素水平紊乱更易导致血管并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the level changes of sexual hormone contents in plasma of type 2 diabetes patients with or without chronic complications and its significance. Methods The plasma content of insulin(Ins) ,testosterone( T), progesterone(P) ,estradiol(E2) ,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay in 55 cases of type 2 diabetic mellitus patients,41 cases complicated infection diseases,44 cases were complicated vascular diseases,55 cases were complicated nephropathy diseases and 46 cases were normal control. Results The level of testesterone in male patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus was significant lower than that of control group, while the levels of P, E2, FSH, LH were significant higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the levels of testosterone and E2 in male patients complicated vascular diseases were significant lower than that of other complication groups( P 〈 0. 01 ). The level of testosterone in female patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus was significant higher than that of control group, while the levels of P, E2, FSH, LH were significant lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the level of E2 in female patients complicated vascular diseases were significant lower than that of other complication groups(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The level of estrogen in male patients with diabetes is increased, and the level of testosterone is decreased, and vice versa in female patients, the disorder of estrogen level may more easily induce the development of vascular complication.
