摘 要:目的:测试螺旋断层加速器多叶准直器的机械性能。方法:分别对螺旋断层治疗机的铅门位置的准确性、铅门运动的对称性、多叶准直器的叶片位置和叶片平行性以及叶片的凸槽效应进行测试,将测试结果与厂家金标准进行比对。结果:由胶片分析得到铅门在Y方向相对于等中心的位置坐标yoffset=0.19mm。铅门中心最大偏差和平均偏差分别为0.07mm、0.03mm,铅门旋转偏移的测量结果是Y方向铅门中心的位置偏差为-0.11mm,由MVCT电离室探测器阵列测量X方向相对于等中心的位置偏差为0.12mm。照射野中心相对于等中心的位置坐标cor=0.10mm,叶片偏离运动方向的角度为0.19°。叶片凹凸槽效应在90%到112%之间。结论:螺旋断层治疗及的多叶准直器机械性能均满足厂家推荐标准,可以用于临床治疗。Objective: To evaluate the mechanical characteristics of Hi-ART helical tomotherapy multi-leaf collimator. Methods: The accuracy of jaw position, jaw movement,multi-leaf position, and tongue and-groove effect were tested and compared to the results recommended by the vendor. Results: Offset in Y direction at isocenter was 0.19 mm from film measurement, The maximal and average deviations of jaw center were 0.07 mm and 0.03 mm, respectively. The jaw shift misalignment in Y-direction using ion chamber was -0.11 mm, while 0.12 mm was found in X-direction from MVCT detector array. The deviation of field center was within 0.10 mm.The twist of leaf was 0.19°.The tongue & groove profile was between 90 % and 112 %. Conclusions: The mechnical characteristics of the binary multi-leaf collimator meet the required standards and can be used for accurate radiation delivery.
