摘  要:目的:运用计算机立体测量技术建立乳房体积计算机立体测量系统。方法:(1)采用计算机立体视觉原理,设计乳房体积测量运算模式,编制乳房体积测量分析程序。(2)所建立的乳房体积测量系统系统和传统的水体积置换方法测试对照,然后将测试的结果进行配对t检验,研究本系统的精确性和可靠性。结果:(1)实现了数据的快速处理,测试空间范围为120mm×140mm×80mm,精确度最大误差为0.9mm。(2)本系统测量乳房体积,特别是快速、非接触和非侵入。与金标准水体积置换方法比较,P=0.485>0.05,差值的95%可信区间为(-14.0177,7.0843),说明本系统测试方法精确度高,可靠性强。结论:(1)本系统可应用于乳房体积测量,简捷而且精确,为临床工作提供了一种有效实验手段。(2)本系统为软组织形态分析的技术领域提供了一种新的技术方法。Objective: To establish the biostereometric system of breast volume measurement Based on Computer Stereo Vision Theory. Methods: (1) Biostereometric system of breast volume measurement builds upon the biostereometrics based on computer stereo vision and image processing. (2)The volumes of 12 female breast models are tested by water displacement(golden standard)and biostereometric analysis to estimate the precision and reliability of the designed system. Results: (1) a system of biostereometric measurement of breast volume based on computer stereo vision and image processing was developed. The maximum deviations of marks in 120 mm×140 mm×80 mm within measuring value were 0.5mm, 0.3mm, 0.9ram along X, Y and Z-axis respectively. (2)on 12 female breast models, the results of measurements using both biostereometric system analysis and water displacement (golden standard)were tested by Paired- Samples T Test (P=0.485 〉0.05). The validity and reliability of determination of breast volume between biostereometric system and golden standard have no significant deference.Conclusions: (1) Biostereometric system of breast volume measurement will be well suited for the clinical application. (2) The study offered a noninvasive, non-contact, rapid and accurate morphologic method and provided a new theory foundation for morphology.
