摘 要:简要介绍了声表面波(SAW)陀螺效应及TE-TM模式转换理论,提出了检测SAW陀螺效应的一种新方法。该方法的核心是通过模式耦合理论的作用,把SAW陀螺效应引起的器件轻微形变反应到器件耦合效率的变化中,通过检测特定偏振态的出射光强度进而推算出陀螺的转动角速度。讨论了检测SAW陀螺效应的实验方案,设计了检测系统,并推导出了陀螺效应的系统测量公式。The SAW gyroscopic effect and the TE-TM mode conversion were introduced in this paper. A new method of measuring SAW gyroscopic effect was proposed. The elementary principle of this method is to get out the rotation velocity information from acoustic solid medium firstly through TE-TM mode converter, and then to measure the difference of coupling efficiency from reference beam of light. The experimental scheme of measuring SAW gyroscopic effect was discussed and the measuring system was designed. The system measruing formula for the gyroscopic effect was deduced in this paper.
