摘  要:苏丹红染料为偶氮类油溶性工业色素,主要用于油彩、汽油、地板蜡等化工品的着色,被国际癌症研究机构(IARC)列为3类致癌物之一。世界各国都已明令禁止将苏丹红应用于食品中,尽快建立一种灵敏、快速、不受样品颜色影响的检测食品中苏丹红的分析检测方法尤为重要。因此,合成人工模拟抗体——苏丹红Ⅰ分子印记聚合物非常有意义。实验在10μL的压电传感器的金电极上,原位合成苏丹红Ⅰ印迹聚合物。实验结果表明,聚合反应过程是2级反应。Chloromycetin is a type of wide spectra anti-bacteria medicine, mainly used for chemical coloring such as greasepaint, gasoline and floor wax. It is classified as one of the three carcinogen by International organizations (IARC). So many states as well as regions all over the world attach great importance to this issue. It is of great importance to find out ways monitoring the Chloromycetin remnant by piezoelectricity sensor, with no need for radioactive material and short time for pretreatment. Hence, to synthesize manual simulative antibody, called molecular imprint polymer for chloromycetin, is significant. On the 10 μL piezoelectricity sensor electrode, molecular imprint polymer responding to ehloromyeetin is prepared. Experimental result indicates that imprinting polymerization reaction process is the second order reaction.
