维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的X线表现与骨碱性磷酸酶检测的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的X线表现与骨碱性磷酸酶检测的对比分析。方法对110例婴幼儿进行腕关节X线摄片,并进行骨碱性磷酸酶检测。结果观察其X线表现:骺板增厚、膨出,干骺端宽大、展开,呈杯口状,杯底呈毛絮样改变,骨皮质疏松状或层状改变,干骺端骨小梁稀疏、粗糙、紊乱,呈毛刷状影,自干骺端向骨骺方向延伸,骨骺骨化中心出现延迟,边缘模糊,密度低且不规则,骨骺与干骺端间距加大。Objective To contrast analyze the X - ray appearance of vitamin D deficiency rickets and bone alkaline phosphatase. Methods X- my appearance： Epiphyseal plates has proliferation and expassion. Metaphysis was lenity, unfold and cutting appearance. Cup bottom present floceulent changes, cortical bone rarefaction or lamellar change. Metaphysis bone trabecula was raritas, rough and disorder, present brush sign and extend from metaphysic to osteoepiphysis. Osteoepiphysis epiphyseal center emerge delay, edge unsharpness and irregnlanty, low density and irregularity. The interval from osteoepiphysis to metaphysic became larger.
