摘 要:濮深16井位于东濮凹陷中央隆起带文留构造文东断层下降盘深层濮深7块,完钻井深为5 440 m。该井沙河街组自上而下分布大段盐膏层,其中文23盐埋藏深且厚度为1 201 m,盐底在井深5 267 m处,盐层段上覆地层压力大、井眼稳定性差,易盐溶、缩径,施工难度极大;沙三3含高压油气层,难以压稳,钻井液受气侵影响严重;地温梯度高,井底最高温度达到200℃;钻井液密度高,最高达2.20 g/cm3。现场施工表明,该井应用聚磺饱和盐水钻井液顺利钻穿文23盐,井径扩大率仅为12.39%;在高温高密度条件下,通过用SMP-2、PHM、LP++复配饱和盐水胶液及SMT碱液共同维护处理,保障了钻井液性能稳定,抗盐抗温效果好;静止堵漏及狄塞尔堵漏方法解决了沙三段的漏失问题;用适量CaO处理CO2污染可以获得较好的效果。通过应用高密度钻井液技术、穿巨厚盐层钻井液技术、近平衡钻井液技术等多项钻井液技术,保证了该井的安全施工及顺利完井。Well Pushen-16(located in Dongpu depression in Puyang,Henan Province) has a completion depth of 5,440 m.This well penetrated the Shahejie Formation consisting of a series of salt layers,of which the Wen-23 salt layer is buried deep(with the bottom at a depth of 5,267 m) and has a thickness of 1,210 m.High bottom hole temperature(up to 200 ℃) and high formation pressure(required mud density as high 2.20 g/cm3) as well as other downhole problems such as those caused by the thick salt zones were encountered.The Wen-23 salt layer was drilled with a polymer sulfonate saturated salt water mud,with a rate of hole enlargement as low as 12.39%.Using drilling fluid additives such as SMP-2,PHM and LP++ in saturated salt water drilling fluid and SMT alkaline solution,drilling fluid rheology had been kept stable at elevated temperature even the mud density was high.By maintaining a certain concentration of free calcium in the mud,CO2 contamination was eliminated.
