摘 要:提出了高温焙烧处理废弃钻井液,制备废水处理吸附剂的方法。分别用直接焙烧法对取自井场的2种钻井液进行了处理,制备出了2种废水处理吸附剂B1、B2,确定其最佳焙烧温度为600℃。用B1、B2处理3种染料溶液,脱色率可达69.6%~86.7%,对5种工业染料溶液的吸附容量略低于活性碳或与活性碳相当;吸附剂B1、B2浸出液的Cr6+、Cl-、CODCr、pH均不超标,作为废水处理剂使用不会产生二次污染。该吸附剂的制备方法简单,成本低,并能消除废弃钻井液所产生的污染,因此具有一定的应用前景,为废弃钻井液的处理和利用提供了一条新的参考思路。A method of producing absorbents for waste water treatment by calcinating waste drilling fluids is presented in this paper.Two drilling fluid samples from well bore were calcinated,from which two absorbents for waste water treatment,B 1 and B 2,were prepared.The optimum temperature for the calcinations was determined to be 600 ℃.Three dye solutions treated with B 1 and B 2 had ratios of decoloration were as high as 69.6%~86.7%.The absorption capacities of B 1 and B 2 to five industrial dye solutions are slightly less or equivalent to that of active carbon.Leachates from B 1 and B 2 have Cr6+,Cl-,CODCr and pH that are all in required ranges,and do not produce secondary pollution.This method is both simple and cost effective,and helps eliminate the pollution imposed by waste drilling fluids to the environment.
