摘 要:采用计及调速器的发电机经典模型,设计不同的低频减载方案,并对这些方案在不同系统功率缺额下进行低频减载频率变化的动态仿真来研究计及调速器时低频切负荷频率响应特性。定义了描述系统频率变化特性的指标参数,基于这些参数对仿真得出的频率响应特性曲线进行了定量分析和比较,讨论了切负荷方案设计中动作频率的整定对切负荷效果的影响。最后总结出了在计及调速器时低频切负荷方案设计中动作频率整定应遵循的规律,并给出了切负荷方案与发电机调速器相互协调、配合的关系。Based on the classical generator model with governor some typical UFLS (Under Frequency Load Shedding) schemes were designed and system frequency response of these scenarios was analyzed under different load demands. Dynamic simulation was carried out to analyze the UFLS frequency characteristics concerning governor. Parameters used for describing identities of frequency response curves were defined in order to analyze and compare the simulation results quantitatively. The relationship between Frequency thresholds and UFLS effects was discussed. In the end, several rules, which should be followed in designing load-shedding schemes, are presented. The cooperation between the load shedding schemes and governor action was discussed as well.
