摘　　要：以某大型硫回收装置引进意大利KTI公司的CLAUS+RAR工艺技术为例,针对硫回收装置大型化的设计特点,从工艺流程、主要设备结构特点及平面布置等方面进行了分析,并与国内硫回收设计进行了对比。装置达到了设计要求。KTI＇ s Claus ＋ RAR process was licensed for a large sulfur recovery unit. The sulfur recovery unit is large in capacity, the process flow, main equipments and plot plan are analyzed in detail and compared with the overseas sulfur recovery units. The unit successfully came on stream, and products meet the specifications.
