摘  要:以正交各向异性板理论简化催化重整反应器扇形管开孔区域,采用ANSYS软件对扇形管进行特征值屈曲分析。采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT模拟反应器内部流场,阐述反应器内部油气流动对扇形管变形的影响。根据分析结果及扇形管实际变形状态,得出扇形管的损坏机理为特殊工况下的外压失稳。提出了通过加强圈提高扇形管抗变形能力的改进方案。有限元分析结果证明该方案的可行性。An orthogonal-stiffened plate model was presented to simplify the pore area of scallop of catalytic reformer reactor, and the structural mechanics analysis of the scallops was performed by using the ANSYS analysis software. Meanwhile, the impact of oil vapor flow in the reactor on the deformation of scallop was studied by simulating the internal flow field with the FLUENT software. Through the above analysis and based on the actual distortion condition, it is concluded that, in special cases, the scallop will withstand external pressure, which is the deformation mechanism of the scallop. Strengthening ring is suggested to improve the anti-deformation performance of scallop, which is proven practical by finite element analysis.
