摘 要:通过将熵值法与属性识别理论相结合,建立了基于熵权的属性识别理论模型,并根据GB3095-1996《大气环境质量标准》,对淮南市2001年至2004年的大气环境质量进行了综合评价。评价结果与模糊数学综合评判法分析的结果基本一致,从而证明运用属性识别理论应用于大气环境质量评价是合理可信的。由于属性识别理论概念清晰,计算过程简便,可有效避免权重确定的主观偏向问题,因此,能较好地运用于大气环境质量综合评价方面。Attribute recognition theoretical model based on coefficient of entropy, which combines the entropy value theory and attribute recognition theory together, is set up. According to the demand of Standard of Atmospheric Environmental Quality Assessment( GB 3095 -1996), attribute recognition theoretical model is applied to evaluate comprehensively air environment quality of Huainan. The evaluation results were essentially identical with conclusion of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive judgement. It is proved that this theoretical model is available at atmospheric environmental quality comprehensive assessment. Due to the concept of attribute recognition theory is clearly, the calculation process is convenient, as well as the problem of subjective errors of weight can be avoided, this method is applicable in atmospheric environmental quality comprehensive assessment.
