摘　　要：结合脱硫工程实例及小型湿式脱硫工程的技术特点,探讨了部分适用于小型湿式脱硫工程的设计简化方式。针对各脱硫分系统,分别探讨了烟气系统的改造方式,吸收塔系统的循环池设置方式,脱硫浆液制备系统的增强实用性的改进方式,石膏脱水系统气液分离系统的替代方式,废水处理系统的简化设置方式。现场运行经验表明,各类设计简化方式均获得了一定程度上的实用性验证。This article unifies the desulphufization project example and the small wet desulphurization project technical characteristic, discussed the design simplification way to be suitable for the small wet desulphufization project. In view of various desulphurization subsystem, discussed the gas system＇s transformation way, the establishment way of the circulation pool in the absorption tower system, the desulphufizer preparation system＇s enhancement usable improvement way, the fluid separation system＇s substitute mode in the gypsum dehydration system, and the wastewater disposal system＇s simplified establishment way. The scene service expofience indicated that each kind of design simplification way has obtained in the certain extent usable confirmation.
