摘　　要：简述重庆北部新区高新园2012年发展战略概况。根据国内相关产业先进排污系数,估算水污染物排放量,预测对水环境的影响程度,并对园区产业规划、环保措施提出反馈意见。Overview of new high--tech area in northern Chongqing of the development strategy in 2012 was briefly introduced. And water pollutant emissions were estimated in accordance with related coefficient of sewage to predict the impact on water environment. At last, some feedback opinions on industry planning of industrial park and environmental protection measures were put forward.
