SUFR系统好氧区DO浓度对除磷效果的影响

摘  要:采用螺旋升流式反应器(SUFR)处理城市生活污水,考察好氧反应区DO浓度对系统除磷效果的影响。试验进行了好氧区DO浓度分别为1.0~1.4mg/L、1.4~2.5mg/L和2.5~3.8mg/L3个批次。试验结果表明:好氧区DO浓度低于1.4mg/L时,系统除磷效果较差,出水磷酸盐含量基本大于1mg/L,DO浓度与磷去除率的相关性系数为0.873;好氧区DO浓度为1.4~3.8mg/L时,DO浓度的变化对系统除磷效果影响不大,相关性系数为-0.212。TP去除率均大于90%,出水TP浓度基本小于0.5mg/L;好氧区DO浓度限值为1.4mg/L。The Spiral Up-Flow Ractor (SUFR) was used to treat domestic wastewater. The effect of DO concentration on phosphorus removal rate in the aerobic reactor was investigated. Test was divided into three batches. The DO concentration in the upside of the aerobic reactor was 1.0-1.4mg/L,1.4-2.5mg/L and 2.5-3.8 mg/L separately. The results show that (3) When the DO concentration was lower than 1.4 mg/L, the phosphorus removal rate was lower. The effluent levels of phosphate was above 1mg/L. The relative coefficient between DO concentration and phosphorus removal rate was 0. 873. ②When the DO concentration was between 1.4 mg/L to 3.8 mg/L, there was little impact on phosphorus removal as DO concentration changed. The relative coefficient is -0. 212. The removal efficiency of TP in SUFR system was above 90%, the effluent levels of Phosphorus was less than 0.5mg/L. ③ The threshold limit value was 1.4mg/L in the aerobic reactor of the system.
