HPLC法同时测定骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的含量。方法:采用Elite-ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.3%乙酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相;流速:1.0mL.min-1;柱温:35℃;检测波长:250nm。结果:落干酸进样量在0.12～0.98μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997);龙胆苦苷进样量在0.36～1.46μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9996)。骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的的平均回收率分别为99.2%和99.7%。结论:采用HPLC法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的含量,样品处理方法简便,测定结果准确,方法专属性强,精密度高,重复性好,可用于骨刺消痛胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of loganic acid and gentiopicroside in GuciXiaotong Capsules. Method： An external standard method with Elite - ODS as fixed phase and acetonitrile -0.3% acetic acid solution （10： 90） as mobile phase was adopted. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃. The wavelength for the detection was 250 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^ -1. Results： The linear range of loganic adid was good within the range of 0. 12 -0. 98 μg（r = 0. 9997） and that of gentiopicroside was good within the range of 0.36 - 1.46 μg（ r = 0. 9996）. The average recoveries of loganic adid and gentiopicroside were 99.2% and 99.7% in GuciXiaotong Capsules. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, stable and reliable for the simultaneously determination of loganic adid and gentiopicroside in GuciXiaotong Capsules.
