摘  要:目的:研究金黄色葡萄球菌在体外不同培养条件下形成生物膜的能力。方法:在不同温度、不同载体、不同培养时间及营养不同条件下进行培养,测出细菌生物膜表面积,并进行两两比较。结果:在不同温度下培养的细菌膜,25℃的表面积有显著性差异;不同的载体培养的细菌膜两两比较有极显著差异,以硅胶膜的差异最大;培养5d、6d菌膜的表面积明显高于3d的表面积;振动与非振动培养的菌膜有极显著差异。结论:在体外细菌形成细菌膜的能力与培养条件密切相关,培养温度、载体、时间和营养条件对金黄色葡萄球菌细菌膜生长都有影响。Objects:To study the for mation ability of biofilm of staphylococcus aureus in vitro under different culture conditions. Method : Surface areas of bacterial biofilm were tested and compared each other under culture conditions including different temperatures, carriers, culturing periods and nutrientsubstances. Results : The results show that difference of bacteria membrane surface area was remarkable in different temperatures, especially in 25~C temperature, difference of bacteria membrane surface area was also remarkable in different carries especially in aerosil film, bacteria membrane surface areas of 5 days -cuturing were 6 days - culturing were more significant than that in 3 days culturing,and significant difference also happened in shaking and non-shaking conditions. Conclusion : The formation ability of biofilm of staphylococcus aureus in vitro is closely related to culture conditions, different temperature, carriers, time and nutritional conditions affect on Staphylococcus aureus bacterial membrane growth.
