摘　　要：为了实现对客户需求的快速响应,将产品模型向需求域扩展,构建了客户需求驱动的产品模型,并给出了基于需求参数映射的实例推理机制。基于PDM平台开发了并纱机产品配置系统,实现了对客户需求的快速响应,确保了配置系统与其他制造自动化分系统的无缝集成。For the sake of realizing the rapid response of customer demands, let the product model be expanded towards the fields of requirements, constructed the product model driven by customer demands, and the reasoning mechanism of living example based on mapping of requirement parameters was presented. On the basis of Product Data Management （PDM） platform, the product disposition system of doubler winder was developed, the rapid response on the customer demands was achieved; and thus ensured a seamless integration of disposition system with other subsystem of manufacturing automatization.
