摘 要:采用无质量杆模型代替间隙,建立了高速压力机机构的连续接触模型;结合动力学普遍方程求得机构的动力学运动微分方程,给出了运动输出参数表达式,建立了机构动态误差模型;通过计算机动态仿真,分析了间隙大小对机构动态误差的影响。为合理确定间隙误差和客观地评价机构运动精度提供了一种分析方法,具有一定的工程实用价值。By adopting the mass-less rod model to replace the clearance, the continuous contact model of high speed forcing press was established. Combining with the universal dynamics equation the dynamics movement differential equation of mechanism was obtained. The parametric expression of motion output was presented, and the dynamic error model of mechanism was established. By means of computer dynamic simulation, the influence of clearance magnitude on the dynamic error of mechanism was analyzed, thus a kind of analysis method for rationally determining the clearance error and objectively evaluating the motion accuracy of mechanism was provided, which possesses certain practical value of engineering.
